We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and ensure that our customers continue to receive best-in-class service.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist at AltPay LTD, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online banking services for both web and mobile versions of AltPay, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the improvement of our support processes. You will collaborate closely with other departments, such product development, compliance and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to AltPay’s online banking platform via Freshdesk ticketing system and Freshchat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical issues, ensuring swift resolution or proper escalation to higher support levels.
- Work closely with the development and engineering teams to identify, report, and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Assist in creating and updating self-help resources such as FAQs, how-to guides, and support articles.
- Stay up-to-date on AltPay’s product updates, features, and enhancements to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the fintech, banking, SaaS, telecom industries.
- At least B1 level of English. All customer communication is in English.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of support ticketing systems and remote support tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom or their alternatives
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting financial or banking software.
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
